This will ultimately drive sustainability, and teach collaboration, empowerment and resilience within your leaders and your organization.
Attendees will be able to identify ways to learn lessons from mistakes, creating a safe culture for risk-taking and attitude of perseverance.Learning Objectives:

Create more effective strategies learning and failing forward
Implement strategies for improved sustainability, collaboration, empowerment, perseverance, and resilience.

This month’s HAPEN meeting begins with registration and networking at 11:00 a.m., followed by a prompt 11:30 a.m. start of the program. Luncheons are held at the Holiday Inn & Suites Houston West – Westway Park.
