Join the Houston Area Professional Express Network on Thursday, February 15, 2024, for a networking luncheon and a presentation by Elizabeth Ruiz of Your Leadership Journey, “How Does Entrepreneurship Empower Women? “.

This month’s HAPEN meeting begins with registration and networking at 11:00 a.m., followed by a prompt 11:30 a.m. start of the program. Luncheons are held at the Kefi Spaces CoWarehouse.

About Elizabeth Ruiz

Elizabeth, a seasoned Strategic Leadership Coach and Consultant, brings over thirty years of expertise in guiding individuals, teams, and organizations towards unparalleled success in both personal and professional spheres. With a remarkable entrepreneurial spirit, she has initiated and successfully sold multiple businesses throughout her forty-year career. Dedicated to making a positive impact, Elizabeth is an avid volunteer and serves on the boards of multiple nonprofits, showcasing her commitment to community betterment. Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Chicago, she holds an MS in Strategic Communication from Columbia University in the City of New York, an MBA in Management from the University of Texas Permian Basin, and a BS in Psychology and Communication Studies, achieved Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston-Downtown. Beyond her academic achievements and professional accomplishments, Elizabeth finds fulfillment in her family life. Married with a blended family of five children, three grandchildren, five rescue dogs, and a uniquely endearing blind rescue cat named Kitty Puppy, she embraces a harmonious blend of professional success and personal joy in her diverse and dynamic life.

A few takeaways from this presentation will be:
