We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. This is an extremely dynamic position and a great opportunity for a digital marketing professional to build their career. Digital marketing strategies are crucial for our company's success, making your role vital in achieving our business goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, test, and optimize online advertising strategies and campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other mediums. Use Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to analyze data and set strategic KPIs. Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers to improve website UX/UI and manage new web property development within the main site structure. Define and evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives to drive conversion, traffic, and appointments across email, social media, PPC, SEM, SEO, and other digital channels. Create clear and concise reporting templates to demonstrate digital marketing performance. Generate website traffic analytics dashboards and present analyses to the Director and CEO. Support the design and implementation of marketing automation based on data-driven customer behavior triggers. Requirements: Deep knowledge of PPC and digital marketing channels. Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. Proficiency with online marketing tools and best practices. Good understanding of web design procedures. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager. Experience building dashboards and data visualization tools. Some skills in graphics and HTML. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications: Previous experience in marketing or related fields. Experience in a managerial role. Strong project management and leadership skills. Attention to deadlines and detail.
