As the leader of the Marketing group, you will develop and execute all marketing strategies, including digital, social, traditional, and content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in strategic marketing planning to meet acquisition and behavioral goals, with extensive knowledge of performance marketing, traditional channels, affiliate marketing, and tracking/reporting methodologies. You will oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring nothing is overlooked. As the Head of Marketing, you will: Serve as the marketing leader responsible for performance across all media spend including search, social, SEO, TV, radio, print, and partnerships. Build, lead, and manage the marketing team, fostering high performance, coaching, mentoring, and career development. Drive customer acquisition strategies and execute large-scale campaigns. Manage retention programs to increase customer share, including lifecycle marketing and CRM growth. Oversee marketing testing processes to optimize budget expansion into new tactics and channels. Utilize state-of-the-art marketing tools and techniques, understanding Martech and key vendors. Make data-driven strategic decisions based on Pangea's funnel and attribution insights across online and offline channels. Propose and track incentive programs to accelerate adoption and word-of-mouth. Report on performance metrics, KPIs, and manage the marketing budget and forecasts. Understand customer segments and develop tactics based on their behaviors and needs. Plan and monitor integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing media buys and brand touchpoints. Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, overseeing creative development and effectiveness tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to customer service and distribution. Align marketing strategies and communication to ensure consistent branding and maximize budget impact. The ideal candidate will have: 15+ years of experience leading large marketing organizations with significant budgets and strategic goals. Proven success in building and motivating marketing teams in high-growth tech environments. An ownership mindset, P&L understanding, and cross-disciplinary knowledge (IT, finance, etc.). Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive B2C marketing strategies, including digital and branding. Strong advocacy for customer needs while maintaining business focus. Proven success in online marketing programs—SEO, SEM, digital advertising. Experience in targeted social media campaigns. Ability to scale marketing budgets through iterative testing of tactics and channels. Experience in building and scaling consumer brands. Deep understanding of marketing tools, processes, and analytics for campaign management and success measurement. Bonus points if you have: Experience marketing consumer payment products.
