Legal Recruiting Sourcing Recruiter (Temporary Green Badge)
The Amazon G&A Legal Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our organization in a temporary capacity. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment and excel at finding and attracting top legal talent.
In this role, you will use your sourcing expertise to research passive legal candidates and build robust pipelines to support our growing legal hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with our legal recruiting team to develop and execute on creative sourcing strategies. You will also manage candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a white-glove experience.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in legal recruiting, either in-house, at a law firm, or at a recruiting agency. You should be adept at networking, researching candidate pools, and qualifying candidates against our high bar. Experience working on high-volume, time-sensitive searches is a plus. Most importantly, you should be passionate about delivering amazing results for our internal customers.
Core Responsibilities: - Proactively source and engage passive candidates through leveraging your networks, Boolean search techniques, and other creative sourcing methods
- Screen and assess candidates for fit against the role requirements and our high hiring bar
- Provide a exceptional candidate experience, efficiently managing candidates through the hiring process
- Partner closely with recruiting team members and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on hiring goals
- Utilize data and metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve processes
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance the legal recruiting function
- Adhere to internal recruiting policies, processes, and SLAs
Qualifications: - bachelors degree in any field
- minimum 5 years of experience in Prior Legal Recruiting experience. Firm, in-house, and/or agency.
- Software: LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. Experience with ATS or CRM systems.
- Not looking for: Closing recruiters, low sourcing volume experience.
