Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, SEO & Content, creates and executes strategies to grow organic traffic, engage target audiences, and convert visitors into qualified leads. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to own and optimize our content marketing efforts, drive SEO performance, own organic traffic analytics, and derive insights that inform our growth strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own our SEO and AIO strategies and programs
• Optimize existing content for conversion, readability, and SEO performance.
• Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, technical audits, backlink strategies, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with web development to improve site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimization
• Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain and improve SERP, AIO and LLM rankings
• Own marketing performance reporting related to web traffic, content engagement, SEO metrics, and subsequent lead generation
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush/Ahrefs, MouseFlow, Search Console and GEO tools to identify organic traffic trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Participate in developing the GoFormz content calendar, aligning content production with our top segments and personas
• Contribute to site content production, eg blogs, articles, and paid content development 

Required Skills / Abilities: 

• Familiarity with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with LLM optimization techniques and tools
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and content performance
• Strong understanding of content marketing best practices
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

The Benefits:

• Compensation range: $110,000 - $130,000 DOE
• Medical and Dental paid by the company; you just cover vision.
