MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant who will be responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee. Responsibilities include keeping parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage, directing motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights, patrolling parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and thefts, lifting and positioning barricades to open or close parking areas, participating in the venue’s sustainability program by implementing resource conservation and waste prevention programs such as sorting waste and collecting recycling, educating fans about sustainability efforts, partnering with fellow band members at the end of shows to close the venue which may include collecting recyclables and storing event equipment, and performing other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor. The role requires one year of previous guest service experience preferred, excellent communication skills, constant walking and occasional sitting, and a well-groomed appearance.
