Job Description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. This position requires a blend of experience, expertise, and leadership skills to excel in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit qualified candidates through various channels

- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

- Check references and make job offers to successful candidates

- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation programs

- Manage exit interviews and process changes in employee status

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and techniques

- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- 5-8 years of experience in HR or related field
