A leading construction company is seeking to hire a Safety Manager to join their team in Austin, TX! This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be intuitive, capable of handling difficult situations with positive outcomes, and highly effective in facilitating information. This role requires managing multiple assignments simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency. Attention to detail, self-sufficiency, and the ability to follow through are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold and enforce safety standards throughout the organization.
• Handle difficult situations with a positive and proactive approach.
• Facilitate effective communication and information dissemination.
• Manage multiple assignments with equal urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in ground-up construction phases, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites (vehicle allowance available).
• Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 500.

Compensation :

$90k to $105k annually.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
