In this role, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, evaluating current practices, and designing comprehensive training programs that drive performance and development. This includes creating and delivering engaging training materials, tutorials, instructional content, and digital learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate is a confident public speaker, a passionate educator, and someone who stays current with the latest training tools and technologies. You will also be tasked with identifying and implementing the most effective platforms for delivering and managing training content to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
