Experience with Microsoft Online Services cloud platforms: M365 (including Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Premium, M365 E5, Entra ID, Dynamic 365, and Power Platform) as well as different Microsoft licensing models. Intermediate-level skills in M365 Collaboration Services (O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, along with proficiency developing and troubleshooting PowerApps and Flow.
