Sr Partner Success Advisor, HCM Consultant

Join Workday as a Senior Partner Success Advisor, specializing in Human Capital Management. In this role, you will support the delivery of Workday’s offerings across our Services Partner Track, focusing on the oCHRO buying center. Your responsibilities include implementing and maintaining Partner’s Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices, mentoring partner managers, and serving as a key contact for issue resolution in high-risk deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver CoE services to partners and support practice growth.
2. Support complex pursuits and deployments.
3. Drive efficiency and quality improvements.
4. Create standard methodologies and documentation.
5. Serve as an authority in Workday HCM products.
6. Resolve issues for high-profile deployments.
7. Influence product and solution development.
8. Advise on collaboration strategies and certifications.
9. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years implementing Human Capital Systems.
• 4+ years of Workday experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Voice, Talent, or Learning.
• 3+ years working with services deployment partners.

Additional Skills:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
• Experience mentoring partners and managing multiple projects.
• Customer service passion and adaptability.
