For more information, please visit Job Title: Training Coordinator - Mesa, AZ Job Summary: The Training Coordinator (TC) will serve as the support person for the Field Training Facilitator (FTF) as well as provide support for other departments as needed. Duties and responsibilities Training Department Support: Serve as the first point of contact for any training requests via phone calls, email, Smartsheet requests, etc. Facilitate/teach 4 training classes monthly and as needed for Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Smartsheet, Outlook, etc. Support the Arizona bootcamp in regard to record keeping, time keeping, PPE assignment, jobsite logistics. Schedule and post monthly AZ internal software training offerings on internal company website for AZ. Facilitate/teach technology onboarding for new and current employees being issued a new computer including overview of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, EIO Board, Smartsheet, Intranet site, etc. Document within a system employee trainings and certifications using an employee database in SharePoint and record keeping system such as Excel, or Smartsheet Serve as the Dynalectric Arizona contact for NECA to coordinate with local NECA chapter for sponsored training events, register employees for NECA seminars. Serve as the Dynalectric Arizona contact for 3rd party training vendors. Manage employee external training requests through SharePoint, register employees for external trainings and conferences, research and recommend training vendors to FTF. Coordinate and provide support for internal trainings. Manage internal training requests through email and SharePoint, register employees and track completed trainings. Assist with creation & maintenance of internal training materials. Work with FTF to create syllabi, PowerPoint content, training outlines, etc. Support in assessing effectiveness of external and internal trainings, seminars, and conferences through employee surveys and assist in revising offerings accordingly. Schedule lunch and learns by request from departments. Send out meeting invites, track head count, reserve conference rooms, help set up catering. Attend trainings as needed to assist Field Training Facilitator to monitor Teams chat, presentation slides, etc. Coordinate and maintain Dynalectric Arizona training department calendar. Coordinate with Oregon Training Coordinator for payment and registration of external Training Requests. Coordinate with Field Training Facilitator regarding any realized field training needs and maintain Field Training Facilitator schedule accordingly. Coordinate with jobsites regarding any training requests or needs. Qualifications Qualifications include: BSc/BA in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required. Solid understanding of training principles and adult learning methods Good knowledge of MS Office Outstanding visual, verbal and written communication skills Excellent Customer service skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Must be a self-starter and able to work with different departments Working conditions Mostly office based. Typical working hours for the Training Coordinator will generally be Monday – Friday during normal business hours, but when deadlines approach, they may be required to work much longer hours, including some weekend work. Some travel to local jobsites may be required. Physical requirements The TC is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
