Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Help clients plan HVAC repairs, projects, and solutions
+ Estimate costs for repairs, service agreements, and projects
+ Assist the sales team with technical support and estimating
+ Work with the service coordinator for estimating, purchasing, and job setup
+ Follow safety protocols and create a safe work environment
+ Coordinate activities with service technicians and construction superintendents
+ Respond to service quote requests and assist with project needs
+ Provide support and guidance to technicians on assigned accounts
+ Complete other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management
+ 4-7 years of project management experience
+ Proficient in MS Office
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, especially design-build and life sciences projects
+ Ability to learn and use construction software
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
+ Able to work well with a team and independently
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
